The balance of the body and mind leads to improved performance, health and wellbeing.   We offer therapeutic massage to help achieve this balance.

Therapeutic Massage

Our therapists tailor each massage session according to each individual's needs.  The session begins with a brief interview to ascertain those needs.

We will combine a variety of techniques, including Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release and Cross Fiber Friction, depending on what is going on in your body.

If you prefer a simple relaxation massage, you may have that too.  We check in frequently and encourage your participation to ensure that your experience is optimum and your comfort level is met.

Even people who come in with no complaints typically experience a change in their freedom of movement.

Benefits of Therapeutic Massage

  • Brings blood and oxygen to the tissue, nourishing and replenishing your body
  • Breaks up the tension patterns that bring on headaches, as well as repetitive strain injuries
  • Allows you one hour of deep rest and relaxation
  • Allows you time to empty your mind of thought
